Within the boiling chamber an anti scale ball will hinder lime-scale build up by moving across the vaporiser board and absorbing a large proportion of the lime-scale particles, this will help reduce the level of cleaning required. A fragrance container enables essential oils to be gently released into the room creating a pleasant aroma.
Depending on the hardness of the water the anti scale ball will need to be replaced regularly (every 4-6 weeks). To maintain the life of the ball we would recommend that it is cleaned with the CalcOff Limescale Remover.
The scale catcher ball is to be used with the PurLine HGC3, Boneco AOSS150 and Stadler Form Fred steam humidifiers. The ball is placed inside the humidifier helps to reduce the amount of scale build up.
Depending on the hardness of the water the manufacturer recommends regular replacement of the catcher ball about every 4-6 weeks.
